the way they play has no change whatsoever on them not winning an event. The only reason they dont win is cause of their shit map pool. They have close to 3 good maps and once they get into a BO5 their weak map pool fucks them over. The only reason they were so dominant was because of their playstyle

yeah they dominated because they could outaim everyone

look at what happens when they face teams that 1) can actually shoot back and 2) have a much better game plan than them, they completely crumble

then running completely insane comps just to w key into site and hope to click heads isn’t going to win them a championship. sure it’s fun to watch, and it’ll gain them a lot of fans, but the trade-off is never getting an international trophy

If that was the case they would've never gotten even close to winning against high level teams. PRX this year seemed to have run out of strats because of their limited agent pool. Otherwise they had some of the best coordinated strats etc.

thats a stupid mindset to have. Making a finals in it self is amazing. sure winning it would be the best and nothing would compare but being in the finals automatically means you are a top 2 in the world. You cant be top 2 in the world if your "Playstyle is bad " as the people say it is. Whats bad isnt their playstyle but their map and agent pool.

I do think PRX have a chance most of their map pool problems stem from their very limited agent pool on both jjingg and something and their role clash. Best thing they can do is have d4vai and forskaen flex and make something perma 2nd entry/ init with jinggg learning jett, neon and some kayo

let's not get ahead of ourselves here
fpx lost to qck and karmine corp in madrid, and t1 at champs last year
maybe they were good at shanghai, but in champs as well they lost pretty convincingly to sen
they need more experience, its a situation where even tho the team itself is good, they just don't have the ability to close out wins internationally because of a lack of experience
