Try to work on your aim. 25% hs would be a good start.
And queue with higher ranked players like gold, plat, dia
you might have a harder time playing with them but you will improve as a player.
you already reached gold 1. s3 to plat 1 lobbies are hard when you solo queue so try to find good players so you can win as a team.
tbh in silver lobbies you can 1 v 5 and win the game all by yourself if you play braindead with good aim.
When you play in higher lobbies you will see the aim difference and will forced to make precise shots. Cause panic spray wont work there.
So queue with golds and plats they will teach you the game and one day you will be a plat yourself.
what do you think you are lacking in terms of your gameplay? if its aim, you can easily fix this by locking chamber every single game. soon or later you are going to find your self heavily improved in terms of aim. its what happened to me, i played val and my first ever FPS game last year october and was horrible at the game. i locked chamber for like 2 episodes in a row and heavily improved with my aim. even though my aim isn't where i need it to be, its still very good for the rank i am in.

um bronze is literally a work on everything like if your stuck in bronze you dont even know what your doing so i would just watch videos of like tips and fundamentals and pros play the game. maybe watch like a sliggy watch party of champs and pick an agent to focus on that you want to play, cypher for example and just pay attention to every the cypher does and apply it to your own game as best you can.
play to set yourself up and ask your friends to play agents that help you instead of playing support. the only statistic that sticks out that is bad is your headshot percentage so i would work on crosshair placement and movement etc just mechanics in general and you will hit more heads. if your in na i could q with u on a alt and give you a better idea of what to work on but silver really isnt hard as long as you can shoot your gun and have the game sense not through rounds.
Start rage hacking.
For real though just get your mechanics way better where you can handle a smurf. Maybe not as good as a smurf but close enough to a point where you can consistently match or team mvp. This allows your mmr to go higher and thus lose less rr for a loss and win way more for a win. Maybe like -8 for a loss and +26 for a win.
