Smoking is also common in china lol.The reason why smoking is not banned is the tax is an inportant part of the whole.
My opinion is that donot bother someone else while smoking.It is a subjective issue and it is not concerned to be something very very serious like drugs and weeds(THESE TWO ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN)

smoking is very common amongst eSports pros as it's a high intensity stressful job and most pros are Asian so smoking is the most convenient way to deal with that stress.
