See for ind vs sg there was no way to have fair matchup one team would have got ping diffed as there is no middle server so it doesn't matter but for TE vs PRX they literally had the option to play on mumbai server, isn't it?

putting the blame on the player is wrong, when the management team of prx and TE and tec itself did not organize and could not reach the best agreement for their own team, yeah ik singapore team demand to play on sg server in this tournament, but TEC have to set a server before the tourney start when fighting against other team in other country, for me it just seem the organizer could not prep the tournament well enough.
