if it was about performance they would've never even picked mibr in the first place as they never even got top 3 in brazil

Because if relegation existed their franchise league would never exist as no org would agree to such terms. Orgs want stability not the threat of 0 money if their team performs poorly

valorant doesnt have the eco system to support relegation if a team like mibr got relegated they would just leave the esport. so riot give them stability expecting them to be a upstanding org and invest in their esport. its really that simple. if they dont do that after 4 years they will look at new partners.

If relegation were to happen, then Brazil would only have one representative in Loud. It would greatly hurt the diversity in the leagues, and limit new prospects from getting spots in tier 1
