The addition of stax now results in T1 having six players, though it is unconfirmed whether he will be on the starting roster.

stax is well-known for having been a star player for Pacific giants DRX, joining the team in 2020 while under the Vision Strikers Vision Strikers Inactive stax Kim Gu-taek (김구택) Rb Goo Sang-min (구상민) Zest Kim Ki-seok (김기석) BuZz Yu Byung-chul (유병철) MaKo Kim Myeong-gwan (김명관) banner. The team built a reputation as an international powerhouse, with strong playoff performances in many tournaments. After a top-six finish in Champions 2023, DRX cooled down as they missed out on both Masters events of 2024. stax was later moved to the bench following DRX's loss to Gen.G Gen.G Korea Rank #1 t3xture Kim Na-ra (김나라) Munchkin Byeon Sang-beom (변상범) Karon Kim Won-tae (김원태) in Stage 1 Pacific playoffs.

T1 has been a staple of the scene, having been in North America initially before joining VCT Pacific. After participating in all international events in 2023, T1 started their 2024 campaign with a top-four placement in Pacific Kickoff. They maintained their momentum as they defeated Gen.G in the upper bracket of Stage 1 Pacific playoffs to qualify for Masters Shanghai, where they later went 0-2 in the Swiss Stage.

T1 will make their Stage 2 debut against Gen.G on June 16.
