In no particular order, except potter is the GOAT. Needless to say, These are based off of my opinion and these are more of personal traits than what you would see on a player card per say. Those player attributes are more out there for people to see and judge so I had to go with what felt right to me off of performance, leadership qualities I have seen in interviews and social media contents. Might not be perfect but it's still fun and coaches need their recognition too.

you could allude to someone's scouting skill as their player development skill I guess. wdym mini scouting skills at 100? He literally built a super team of 2022's standards. It took no skill, I could have built the same team if I were there!

Nah mini comes out of ever break with some mad cookage. I gotta respect him for that. The achievement and consistency of FNC as him on the HC is undeniable.

fnc have always been looked at as a weak mentality team, to me, hes a great coach like onur but the difference is he has boaster igl and onur have kingg whos worse in midrounding

FNATIC were known as the team that would cook the most stuff during breaks in between stages
FNC also did this in 2023

now with Elmapuddy, FNC didnt change much, and they are worse

i js dont see him being better than d00mbros alecks potter engh etc etc the top tier coaches who have shown more imo

js being honest i think fpx and eg in their winning runs played way better valorant than fnc did at their peaks for mini to be above them makes no sense to me

nah mini's the goat, hes consistently kept fnatic as one of the top teams, even from when the game wasn't as well defined, fnatic have been a mid-top tier team, in 2022 they just got mega unlucky cause of visas and stuff cause of braveaf and covid.

i think if you gave any top tier coach in val theyd win tokyo and maybe not lock in kinda hard to judge there, wasnt really won by coaching just alfajer and derke comeback

i think if i gave mini the EG roster and budget restrictions, or this KC roster they don't come close to what they did with other coaches

you can feel how u want about mini but he's on the fnc staff rn, and hes prob gonna be HC again soon, i think hes great at fundamentals but anything else i havent seen from fnc

I think loud is the only other "superteam" and they would have 1000% won that back to back

optic ig could be a superteam but a top 3 finish at copenhagen was insanely hard, lets not downplay the competition at copenhagen with peak FPX and PRX

only mce potter and alecks should have insane scouting ratings cuz they didnt just grab superstars

Then increase alecks Communication and Leadership to at least 94.

He's treats the players as their friend, inside or outside game.
Even if you see him malding too much, he won't show it to player when making timeout. Even the PRX player saying that alecks the only one frustrated so they don't need to do it themselves and play as much as they want.
PRX player always listen and respect what alecks say.

On the other hand, decrease the strategy to 75-80 is good. Since alecks himself saying that he don't emphasize too much on strategy.
