Multiple flairs (why not?)

I'm still a bit new to vlr but I assume this has been requested already but why doesn't vlr allow multiple flairs yet (just like r/valorantcompetitive) though not as many set a limit to 1 per region, 4 being the max

That makes me curious about if most people support 1 team from each region like me? For example my favs are
