Let’s say OpTic WINS CHAMPS 2022 AND GETS INTO FRANCHISING. Riot still would’ve only picked 10 teams so 1 of the current teams would’ve never been a thing. Which team has the worst finances/rep? Evil Geniuses. So logically… if OpTic got in, EG would’ve never happened.

On top of this, I think if they had won champs and got into franchising they would’ve stuck together. Yay would’ve never gone to Clown9 and gotten dropped. That means he also would’ve never gone to DSG. BUT… since EG isn’t a team in this scenario, Demon1 never gets picked up. DSG was planning to pick up Demon1 before EG stole him anyways… soo we would’ve had DSG Demon1 😭

tl;dr - OpTic takes EG’s spot, they never win champs, Demon1 goes to DSG instead and yay is still goat.

Then DSG proceeds to win ascension and we see... Steel in franchising? That would be one crazy comeback story.

DSG would have gotten atleast top3 in ascension and demon1 would have gotten picked by a t1 team in 2024 for sure

OpTic did not get into partnerships because they fucked up on their partnership application to Riot. If they won Champs they still wouldn't have made it in because partnership applications were submitted months in advance.
C9 was the organization that replaced G2 last minute, so therefore EG would've still been in partnerships no matter what.

Wasnt sentinels not going to make it to franchise? Im pretty sure last spot was meant to be g2 before and after the Andrew Tate drama they took sentinels
