Dude he's a caller, johnqt plays a lurking role so he can't call on executes. Zellsis is more vocal than pAncada and it's apparent that his calling is good considering they won every match with him.

if Zellsis is a "caller" then why the fuck isn't he an IGL and cut johnqt?
Its not like this magic new role that was made up just to justify bringing him in over pancada is something so specialized that you need a designated person to do it
These are professional players, they know what the executes are supposed to look like, they've practiced them for months
He was literally supposed to igl for c9 before he left. You can have multiple igls on a team (xset). Also when you execute it's not set every time, things can happen and if johnqt lurking zellsis can call based off of what happens if they need to commit/rotate. Johnqt was also probably the most promising sentinel player of NA t2. Being a faze fan has clouded your mind.

surely if Zellsis was capable of filling that role, they would have put him on it and got anyone else with hands for r0ni
if they needed another IGL so bad just sign FNS fuck it, or benkai, or flyuh, or POISED
instead you have a non-IGL "caller" who doesn't want to win who was a mid player to begin with
this team is cooked bro, rebuild around TenZ/zekken/johnqt next year and let Sacy and Pancada save BR
Bruv even fns has vic and crashies helping him mid round, The optic/NRG system wouldn't have worked even half as well without the back up mid rounding of victor and crashies, FNS himself has admitted to this
On top of that, when ur igl is also ur lurk sentinel player it becomes difficult to make micro calls on execs and calls of specific placement of utility, this was why shahz refused to Play chamber lurk on OG sentinels
And when it comes to that kind of mid rounding it's hard to find a better Player than zellsid
Oh and he's also one one of the most hype and vocal players u can find, and he's gigga flexible on top
As much as I feel sad and incredibly frustrated to see a gem like pancada get wasted on a bench where hes basically stagnating his career, i can understand why SEN management took the decisions they did

Not saying that IGL has to do everything on his own, but if the rest of the team is incapable of calling anything at all then this team is already finished

Well apparently not, Not everyone has the composure or ability to be vocally active while also comming mod round strats, while also hitting their shots consistently this especially goes for the more reserved guys on the team like tenz and zekken
As for why sacy couldn't do it, i have no idea
Also there's no way zellsid is mid, by any stretch of the imagination
I remember fns switching from kj to Skye on pearl because lurking and igling was difficult. Also then how did LOUD manage to win with pancada's playstyle. Did both less and pancada lurk?
Also how do you know pancada's English is bad, have you ever spoken to him? I don't think you need Shakespeare's level of English to communicate in game
