But this argument of "cs is bigger and better than valorant because it's easier to understand" is so braindead. Look at league of legends. It's the biggest e-sport, competitive game itw, non-league players have no idea wtf is happening and it takes ages for new players to get the hang of it. That is true indeed, but like, that’s not because valorant is easier. They’re just better at it than they are CS.
There are just as many ex-t1 CS pros that are ass in Val as there are ex-t2 CS pros that are good in Val.
I mean, s1mple has said he’d be ass at valorant if he switched. The only thing that translates is mechanical gunplay. Gamesense and utility are astronomically different.
Again, valorant isn’t easier.
I’m not putting the time in right now to find examples of t1 cs pros that switched and are ass at valorant, but they are very real. If you want me to, I’ll do it.
(Also, was that point abt t2 pros made anywhere in the tweet at all? Or are you just saying this?? If george said something about that then I’m blocked by him lol)

I don't like that people pretend like CS doesn't have a lot of shit that people have to learn. Stuff like counter strafing, recoil patterns, lineups, run boosting, etc. Learning 22 agents' abilities isn't that hard, there are MOBAs that have way more characters and more complex mechanics. If you play Valorant, you know what's happening here. Sure it's going to look really chaotic when they have like 4-5 people util dumping, but tell me it's not confusing when people dump smokes and mollies on a site in CS.

These aren't reasons why Val will never be better than CS, it's reasons why someone doesn't like Val. Which is fine, just don't like when people will denigrate other games when their favorite one does similar shit.
