I can't be the only one who feels like he could have a Demon1 type ascension if given the right support around him. He has been absolutely owning in T2 his last few matches after going back to full-time duelist. He's had an unfortunate career so far being on EG's co-ed roster and dealing with confidence issues which it seems like he has gotten over.

Edit: I don't mean he will be AS GOOD as Demon1 but he definitely has the talent to go from an unknown (outside of people who pay attention to Tier 2) to a good pro.

Honestly not the worst problem in the world going into this new meta (it could obviously change before 2024), but his Skye is pretty good as well so I think he could make it a good flex if not a primary duelist. He could definitely clean up his Jett, but I don't think it's THAT bad. He's looked pretty good on it recently.

No offense to the guy but there's never been one player whos shown so little yet been hyped up so far. I'm fine with people liking his chances to qualify and play in ascension but cmon. It reminds me so much of the Rara stuff from 2020-21. He hasn't even played in a VCT tournament. I don't think he's even played against a T1 team since First Strike. Like ya he's cool, he hits the headshots, he's flashy, but he's never even played in a game that mattered in three years. At least with Demon1 he was new to the scene and his T2 team was winning multiple tourneys with him outplaying many players. These are two very different scenarios. At least let the guy qualify for ascension first.

I think he's one of the rare exceptions to a player who has been in unfortunate situations most of their career. He was forced onto a co-ed EG team after finally showing promise in matches and got dropped when the roster ultimately failed. Got another chance on AndBox where in the 4 tournaments he played with them he put up KD's of 1.45, 1.35, 1.39, and 1.02 (he was forced on Sage the majority of the event). He was dropped out of nowhere which spiraled him into a state of depression, where he forced himself into support roles due to losing confidence which ultimately hurt his stocks more than helping it. In his last few T2 tournaments where he was back on Duelist he put up KDs of 1.26, 1.32, 1,42, 1.20, 1.12, 1.52, and 1.11).

I don't think it's time to give up on him yet and I don't think putting all the blame on him for not meeting "expectations" is entirely his fault. I truly think he will dominate in Ascension. He might already be on a team considering he left YFP (his FA team for the past 6 months) around the time trials started for teams.

true but both that players would be insane if they manage to control their shitty mental, which is easier said than done, that mental shit can literally ruin careers, just look at tacolilla for example from a top player last year and a lot of people putting their stocks on him, to getting dropped.

hes got amazing aim but whenever he verses a decent tier 2 team instead of a random ass tier 3 team he never does very well. Hes been given tier 1 opportunities and tier 2 but it doesnt really work it.
