Pancc/ Nismo situation is more than just pancc

Imagine a company that allows someone who prays upon the target demographic to be in a league lol. It’s shameful, from what I understand this has been absolutely proven without question, and because Brazil is a region with less coverage he won’t get Sinatraa treatment. This isn’t to defend him but if riot can go out of their way to investigate, ban, and what im sure is black ball him from esports. Do the same to pancc lol, I’m not gonna comment on who’s worse, all I know is sinatraa may very well have been just false claims, so can we expect some accountability from sponsors, orgs and riot to ensure that pancc gets an actual punishment, then make the kid write an essay on the human brain and why it’s not okay to sexually harass children

Riot is setting a toxic precedent for people in regions with less coverage.

As for nismo relation, obviously the most affected is the victim but imagine nismo who I believe is a father knowing that someone who actively pursues children is harbored by riot and given a salary that’s bound to be >80k USD. It’s bigger than him just calling him toxic

IIRC ntk already served his sentence and that was back in 2015 while the pancc one was 2 years ago. Also remember a brazillian here saying ntk had a different girlfriend now and saying how he is reformed so people were more forgiving than with pancc

data says the the overwhelming majority of rapists are never convicted, if we all take your aproach to dealing with sexual assault, and an audio saying "no" and "no" repeatedly is not enough proof, then to you rape is virtually not a crime.

I mean, in the Sinatraa situation, Riot did their own investigation and punished him for not complying. They never punished him for being guilty. There's also no evidence that he's been blacklisted from the league, just speculation. The only thing stopping Sinatraa from competing right now is that no team wants to pick up a player, who is realistically not an upgrade for any team, with as much baggage as he does.

On the other hand, Pancc's situation happened while he was playing in CS, so Riot had no reason to investigate there. I think it's fair to say Riot shouldn't let a pedo into the league, and I'd definitely agree with you. However, there's really no inconsistency between the two situations, they were temporarily suspended (Pancc in his former game) and then allowed to compete. The Union just chose to pick up Pancc.

It means that riot doesn’t gaf ab what they did because sponsors won’t leave for someone that insignificant, but it’s about the principle. I’m not saying brazillian orgs are lesser or the players are worse but the players bring less attention outside of LOUD in valorant
