I mean COD has a pretty big market in Phillipines, India and Indonesia but didn’t quite tap it the way it did with COD mobile

The difficulty doesn’t matter to many people but if they are able to emulate the gaming experience on mobile then People May Watch the Esport More / Just Help Valorant Grow In General Compared to the Way it has been going

I think my main problem is that as a PC player I'm not able to think how it will be on mobile like jiggle peeking and stuff. That's why I'm not so open minded about this mobile valorant.

At least in China its expected for Tencent reasons, Globally well CODM have one for 4 years so Its possible (I mean they did with Wlid Rift even though it didnt last long)

In some markets, mobile is the biggest platform by far.

In india (and some other sea countries), mobile gaming is HUGE.

100% it will make money and be a success

VALO IS 100 TIMES more simple then Apex..
apex requires learning abt so much attachment, guns, agents, heals etc...
Valo is just learn agent ability... and lean toward buying Vandal/Phantoms

also you very clearly know jack shit about either game if you think the most important things to learn are gun attatchments for apex and phantom or vandal for valorant

No way there will ever be crossplay man. The mechanics of the mobile game re recoil etc will 100% have to be substantially different for it to work on mobile

a lot of successful mobile FPS are battle royale esque from cod-pubg and 3rd person view at that.
device specs play a big factor too, if it run well on low specs mobile people would definitely give it a chance

Were going to excluded BRs because they are different genre than VAL, that is a round-based 5v5
CODM as the current market leader in this genre
VAL Mobile
R6 Mobile (Launching this month)
Standoff 2 (popular in Russia has no Asian scene)
Critical Ops (very old game, they dont start esports until like 4 years after game released)
Warzone Mobile (CODM but not developed by Tencent, has 6v6 modes)
CHINA ONLY CrossFire Mobile (has twice CODM CN playerbase, has Franchised League << You read it correct)

Will Asia win this game?: The closest we can compared is CODM's World Championship last year saw it being... Get ready.

THE PROBLEM is we see what happen to Wild Rift, and its possible to happen again: Dividing fanbase of why play this when PC existed or why PC dont get this/that

Apex legends did the same. And now they closed the project due to not making any profit. PUBG and COD are only which can stand tall.
If I remember correctly, Rainbow six sedge is also releasing a Mobile version.
