like ive said in other posts, its not people being soft, its EG doing it wrong by targetting the weakest teams first, trashing the lowest ranked teams in the tourny has a tasteless "bully" vibe to it, i think thats what made people dislike it at first, it looks better if you "bark upwards" and not down on presumed weak teams

First of all, EDG isn't a weak team. China in general isn't so bad either in this game. In fact theres some people here who put CN above NA lmao. There's no such thing as bark upwards, that's not a wise decision, that's just dumb. Why are u even poke teams who above u? lol.

all the comments about the CN scene came in the around the FPX game, if it started against EDG i wouldnt have cared. they just started this trashtalk stuff at the wrong time agains tthe wrong time, and since that it just seems distasteful

tbf there are no "equal" punches in trash talk. It only depends on if you started it or not, everything is fair game after it. It is true that was higher intensity than the comments earlier BUT he doesnt need to stay on the same lane, either of the sides can decrease/increase intensity. No love will be lost by having "equal" insults.
