How do you actually know that without working for either company? I understand AWS is owned by amazon but IVS specifically was developed by twitch. You're just assuming they see no revenue from that but that isn't actually an assumption you can make. I never said twitch was winning. Just pointing out that you commenting she "didn’t even know herself what she was saying" isn't a fair assessment of what she's saying.

Mhmm, cause I'm gonna take the other random streamer's word as gospel. IDK what agreements twitch/amazon had in place prior to twitch developing IVS with AWS. And IDK if twitch sees revenue from that now that amazon is selling that service to 3rd party entities. But lets also not pretend you can actually confirm whether what that guy is saying is accurate or not. =)
Twitch is not aws. Feels like Twitch is a customer for aws, just like kick is. The only diff is that twitch probably gets way better rates, since the parent company owns both aws and twitch. But if the twitch service were to become unprofitable, no one would not prevent kick from using aws. She fundamentally misunderstands how large companies operate

Amazon is in the money earning business. Twitch is nailing its own coffin right now. You wouldn’t stop providing services to a platform that can earn you millions. If kick out earns twitch they’re not gonna stop it’s services because kick would literally make them bank.
