So, in other words, you are accusing EMEA teams of being diverse??
How is that a bad thing or advantage? Players literally need to communicate on a foreign language and understand imperfect non-native language (which is really hard unless you are advanced) on the fly (where you have literally milliseconds to react). It's a fucking miracle that they are still owning in terms of trophies.
Btw by your logic any achievements of current NA teams and PRX should be less meritorious because they have players from Europe & Russia (I don't think so, it's just your words imply this). I don't see any EMEA team importing players from "good" regions for some reason🤔
"Good region do more with less" — oh yeah sorry, 17 mil population of Nederlands can't produce a team that can compete with 400 mil population of USA. Same with Finland (5.5 mil population), Poland (37.5 mil population), GB (67.5 mil population), so, EMEA is just forced to make diverse teams (haven't really thought this was problem until your comment)
emea doesn't import bc they can already pick from more countries than NA,BR,and LATAM combined
the only na teams with imports afaik are nrg and sentinels

ardiis is a yay downgrade, and the only reason he is on an NA team is bc yay's contract would've been to large
you're saying that out of the millions of people in each of these countries, you can't pick 5 and make a good team out of them?
diverse teams aren't a problem, but when you're able to pick from over 40 countries, it's a lot easier to find talent than in the two that NA is limited to.
It's easier to form a team from one or two countries with 400 mil + populations than across 40 countries who form a bigger population in total. Btw teams from NA and any other teams also can pick players from any other region globally (which they do). They will still need to accommodate their players for duration of regular season no matter where they're from (with exception of LA residents). It's not harder for NRG to accommodate ardiis than for Liquid to accommodate nAts of redgar.
Your weird requirement of teams being mostly from one or two countries is the same as if somebody creates a requirement for a team to be fully from 1-2 states like Texas or Washington (or any other US state). It's just dumb comparing a country with 400 mil population with any singular country in Europe. If you are so fixated on numbers you should think about player bases, and Americas playerbase is almost the same as EMEAs (3.2 mil vs 3.5 mil), it doesn't really matter if those players are from 5 countries or 40 countries (in fact making teams from less countries is easier in terms of language barrier and logistics).
Demon1 carrying EG, something carried PRX (which is btw hella diverse too). yay might be slightly better than ardiis, but ardiis more flexible and it allows to put Victor on Raze or Neon, therefore in non-chamber meta ardiis is improvement. With addition of ardiis now NRG is from 3 countries (and 2 continents), the same as Acend 2021 or NaVi 2022 (which you guys claim is not real win because they are from more countries). Even if you don't count Demon1 as Russian, EG still comprised out of players from 3 countries (and 4 if Demon1 counted as Russian). I guess if any of these teams win they are not a real wins too.
I mean I have no opinion on if you count Russia as Europe or not. I don't really care, it's just NA fans love to make a division, so I go along. Regarding every Russian player in EMEA teams being European is not true tho, nAts is tatar (which is more central Asian ethnically/racially and on the border of Europe and Asia geographically). Aside from that you are probably correct (not sure if geographically correct because I don't know where players are from in Russia)
Fnatic does not have the best players in their role in the region.
Id EASILY take sayf over derke every single day of the week and suygetsu over alfajer. But boaster dislikes suygetsu hardcore ever since he waved at fnatic after they beat them at copenhagen so that would never work.
