viper. the map is not big enough for you to be too worry about flank. plus you have a cypher so you should be good on flank
I would say try gekko, you wouldn't get utility dumped while planting, + the flash/recon is very useful to clear hookah/site + you get good post plant utility

viper is goated on bind just look up some orb lineups and you'll be set

"one trick sova" is so weird when he is not viable for all maps (esp split and bind where there are million places to hide from the dart) unlike some other agents you mentioned there
but it's good that you know you know your team's strength and weaknesses so you can play according to the strengths.
and to answer the main question 100% viper over kj. go to youtube, learn mainly the wall and smoke orb placement for attack and defense then try those plays in ranked and that should be good enough, lastly you can learn a few postplant and attack molly lineups but i suggest you not to focus to much on them as it's better to just throw them on the go to clear angles or stopping pushes.
Umm I would go Viper because she's very strong on Bind and obviously you already have a Cypher taking care of flanks. And instead of Sova I would prefer Skye
Viper -> go into custom -> practice post plant mollys with your brim -> abandon all hope of ever speaking to a woman again -> lose 13-5 anyway to 3 duelist comp because it's gold premier.
