G2 Gozen placed third at the EMEA's Series II in 2021, and then went to completely dominate their competition. juliano led G2 Gozen to first-place finishes in every GC event but one — 2022's Series III, where Guild X outlasted them in a Bo5 — leading up to the international Game Changers Championship.

At the Championship, played in Berlin, G2 Gozen flawlessly swept the entire competition. juliano's return to CS:GO is paired with zAAz's return to competition. The latter had retired last May, saying it was time to "move on and set new goals to reach," after nine years alongside juliano. The two are now reunited under the G2 Oya banner.

G2 have not yet revealed juliano's replacement for their Game Changers team.
