no recon initiators

LOUD havent played sova/fade even once. will probably see one on ascent if we get there, but still surprising considering its cauanzin's most played agent

Skye can do that

New meta favors double controllers/duelist a lot so there’s no space for two initiators. Skye can fill the role of a recon and flash initiator at the same time so she’s somewhat back in the meta

i think viper and harbor being in the same teams lets sova's recon get very little value so skye is much better

Skye is the info-flash hybrid initiator compared to info (sova, fade) and flash (breach, kayo) initiators. Kayo has a knife, but Skye has info on flash and dog. So if teams don't have space on their teams to play 2 initiators, they will pick Skye. This can happen due to wanting to play 2 controllers or 2 duelists. The chamber nerf has also meant that now some teams will play a sentinel and Jett to replace Chamber, which is also gonna leave less space for 2 initiators.
