IMO yes i believe to this day from the beginning of pro val derke has been the best and most consistent. He was always considered one of the best in every meta (Astra, Chamber, Jett) so that just means its his raw skill which has been carrying him through not the meta or agents he plays.

Shao is in my opinion, the best player in the world. He is a true master, someone who can play every single agent at a high level. Doesn’t need to crutch on a broken agent, and he can clutch like a god and do anything NAVI asks him to.
