This is an interesting topic & I once talked about different countrie's achievements (Poland, Norway, Pakistan etc...) in esports but your post seems quite personal/resentful because of what happened yesterday lmao.
Which name checks out?
Turkey doesn't even close to what they've nor the aforementioned have achieved throughout many different games.
In Valorant they're kinda carrying Eu content-wise. When looking at players you find out:
- Mixwell, the most awarded one
- Koldamenta
- Kiles
And many more names
When it comes to orgs they dominate this sector too: G2, VGIA, TH all in top 10 rankings.
When it comes to achievements (excluding stats and such) , these are some that comes to my mind:
- xPeke Winning the first ever LoL World Championship, and the only one Europe has.
Many LEC titles. Same with MAD Lions (Spanish org as well) & Elyoya. - TQ smashing it in mobile gaming & winning Clash Royale World Championships.
- Goga winning the 1st ever R6 Major and winning all of the following with G2 alongside the most dominant team to ever play the game.
- Most successful Eu RL team ever and best player.
- Valorant 1st Eu important tournaments and dominance (TH/G2)
They're unmatched in the business/entertainment sector that's for sure.
Although they're not very abundant in Major esports games being rather relevant at cards/strategy/minor esport games, you'll always find some legendary figure that stands out.
In FPS Mixwell is there but I believe they've had some OG players in CoD, OW...
Sunpayus is making some noise in CS:GO.

Spanish CEO & Founder, important to note. I assume your reasoning revolves around where are HQ's settled, thing is HQ's are only established for legal procedures and according to Danny and Jacobo they were planning on relocating, so that really doesn't mean anything.
More than half of Eu orgs have established offices in Berlin but that's about it. It all serves the same purpose.
On top of that, based on papers, the patent record is not only attributed to him by having created it but it also counts the place origin and first registration, which dates back to Madrid 2013-14.
They relocated to Berlin to facilitate some legal aspects and procedures but this doesn't encompass all.
Only some prescribed comply with the regulations that are governed in Germany, that is to say that the HQ only counts in the small legal scope of things.
Their identity will always remain the same.
That speaks more of the legal gaps and precariousness of each country.
One day they'll decide to relocate the org to the USA to facilitate inter-company commissions and it'll be written down as an American org for all transaction operations, that's how easy it is to make it from one country or another on some specific terms, in a superficial way.
The org, CEO, founder, origin etc... is still Spanish at the end of the day. There's another interesting detail, and it's the fact that G2 academies throughout different games have always represented their identity and roots.
E.g: G2 Arctic in LoL rn playing for SLO league.
This kinda reminds me of local clubs being bought out by foreign people. Paris won't stop being Paris because the owner is from Qatar.

BTW #21 Jens is not co-founder but investor amongst many others as every esport team has had.
In his own words, he met with ocelote in a cafe in Barcelona and saw a rough diamond in him.
He's no different than any sponsor partner G2 has had and he no longer takes part in the operations.
He invested in 2015+, long after G2 (Gamers2) was already founded and created by ocelote alone in 2012-14.

Like, we all know that you find Turkey as better , but you can´t say that M1xwell is not a good player when he is one of the most important part of one of the best teams in EMEA and probably the World... Being mad cuz they tweeted some jokes about the last games doesn´t mean that you should be flaming and belittling a whole community
Mate, we just hype him cuz he is the best player in our country. Believe it or not he is one of the best players in the world. And I know that we don´t have a 5 stack team, but there is 3 spanish guys on top 2 teams in EMEA... Maybe if one day there is like a world cup with national teams we can see if they do a good work or not, but spanish players are actually very relevant in the scene

If we talk about just spanish normal Valorant players (No pros) just unmark the Madrid server, they are gonna be toxic, rude, and will troll your game, or at least most of them. If we talk about professional scene I think that we may have a good "national team", probably M1xwell, Koldamenta, Kiles, Fitinho and Lowel will be the best roster, but there is also some other good players that might can do a good job. Talking about org three of the top 10 EMEA org are spanish so... And Spain have a huge fan base in esports too, today LVPs channels have like 60k viewers between LoL and Valorant
