i just finished final exams so i’m not up to date on how teams are performing, why is emea losing in the red bull event? (genuine question)

cause its like the top na teams
vs mid tier emea teams + liquid with 2 subs

is it hard to look at the teams

bc they r a tier 2 region and delusional fans r finally starting to come to terms with this

Well overall not playing good but not really worried.

Tbh can barely call TL, TL.
Vitality did great imo, were very close from 100T they're as I expected a top 5 EMEA team, not more and not less.
Heretics well, pretty weak ngl, they're a very moody team but I'm kinda happy because Boo and Avova cleared all my doubt about them, and even tho keloqz is still very inconsistent, I feel like Heretics it's a solid top 7 with high upset potential on good days can beat anyone

Team Liquid - 2 stand-ins, playing weird comps that likely are more improvised for this event (based on nAts comments on stream and interview).
Vitality - did well and showed potential. But again they are young team and 100T winning every pistol today didn't help much.
Heretics - also still young, but also individually wise keloqz had pretty weak showing with Mixwell. Just inconsistent like expected.
FUT - they are just bad and I hope they make changes.
Fokus - well I don't think anyone expected much but did better than expected with a stand-in.

their best teams aren't Natus Perdere and botnatic?

2 Cats walking on keyboards are better than Mixwell and Keloqz
Vitality could be good but is stuck with Destrian pulling them down
Liquid has 2 subs
Fokus is simply a tier 2 team
Futbolist are paycheck stealers for the entirety of Parla
+C9 and 100T are sick

Best team from EMEA is Vitality and although they are showing a lot of promise I feel like they still need time or replace one of bonecold/destrian to compete with the best teams. For NA there is c9 and 100t who are in contention for best team in the region, they also are teams that have the same core as last year compared to teams like Heretics or Vitality, overall I just think some of the european teams are pretty new and tbh not the best in the region by any means
