Ikr
bro this org is so nobody
look at all the orgs that put much more hard work like xset tgrd optc tsm? g2?
and some random rex requem qeon gets in
so fkn embarassing
yeah pretty much but we cant complain them new esport they want to make it reach wider auidence so its the only way like orgs who have lots of fans and money
I still can't believe there's no TSM and G2
Two biggest orgs from NA and EU
This is worrying
LEV took G2 slots
maybe you should blame carlos for that shit LMAO
Carlos is not a criminal
Cancel culture is just too toxic and unnecessary
this isnt a result of cancel culture lol, its the result of their company losing money all because riot doesnt want to associate with a person who reminds them of their "past" selves so ofc as the CEO the only choice left after having lost all that money is to resign and findsomething else
and he's not being treated like a criminal either 😹😹
he's just not fit to be the face of a publicly traded company
Not exactly, but RRQ is quite the staple in Indonesian esports.
RRQ was established in 2013, they're one of the oldest and the best esports Org from SEA.
Its founder is the son of a conglomerate in Indonesia (Midplaza Holding & Ayana Hotels) & already been in the esports/gaming ecosystem since 2011.
OneUp (sub-company of Qeon Holding, Parent of RRQ & OneUp) supports the Riot Ecosystem (Valorant & Wild Rift) by organizing Riot official tournaments in Indonesia since day 1.
They are also investing in both Valorant & Wild Rift ecosystem by building a team, their WIld Rift team is one of the best in the world.
They were one of the most notable DOTA 2 teams in SEA, they were the best Point Blank team in the world (FPS game that was popular in ID,TH,RU,BR).
They've been investing in multiple countries (ID-TH-PH-BR-MY), They are proven in Franchising (MLBB), and They have one biggest fanbase in Asia.

They're consistently on the Top 10 most views team in the past 2 years, only from Competitive match, without TWITCH CREATORS. If you count their streamers' view hours then ULALA will be on that Top 3 or Top 5.

They might be a bit unknown on the international stage, because they don't have those American games, League, or CSGO titles. But if you are into Mobile Games, they're the King.

Same goes for RRQ one of the popular orgs who compete in every e sport and played consistently all over asia they are very popular like TS
one of the most richest orgs in SEA

and one of the most stingy orgs when it comes to money and i fucking hate it
mobile orgs deserve 0 slots imo
Yea i know most of y'all westeners probably doesn't have any idea who tf are rrq. I myself as indonesian think it come a bit of a surprise that they're taking the franchising slot when there's other orgs have been left out like boom that are more active on the pc scene. But its kinda make sense they're getting a slot since their sister company, oneup basically holding the indonesian vct organizer so they kinda have a close relationship to riot. And besides that, eventhough they're mostly running the mobile scene, they're one of the oldest esport orgs in indonesia (even in SEA) more older than bleed, and used to have a PC roster such as DOTA2, Point Blank (famous FPS game in SEA) and yes, they used to have a CSGO roster. They're also having some record in esport like viewers, income, etc so basically they're a rich orgs. But ironically they're rich enough to not buyout some of the hottest talent in indo and decided to make a mix roster. I fucking hate that
Thats actually stupid. They could have found a team from Japan with both a relationship in league and a Team in Valorant.
Or maybe give slots to Oceania
Yeah ngl riot are kinda see the past relationship with some orgs and if the orgs having some problems in the past riot ain't having some of that shit. I guess riot hates drama
That and DetonatioN is one of the oldest org in Japan too. Lots of capita, lots of pedigree. You gotta have both.
