first off, have u seen ange1's tweets? super backhanded and snide comments passed off as "bait' by most EMEA fans while suygetsu and zyppan act like monkeys on stage. sure, you could say that its in their competitive nature, but the fact is that unlike their emea counterparts, they cause strife outside the server amongst the community, hence why they are hated. i called them arrogant because they only acted like this recently; im sure most of the community can agree with them being likeable in m2 copenhagen but after their victory they grew big skulls and thought they could talk and do shit and get away with it (similar to zombs tweeting about brazil)
im sorry but have you actually gone through ange1s twitter or do u just repeat what everyone else says and hopes it's right? I went back through all his tweets this year to see if I could find these super backhanded and snide comments and the only one that I can find that was probably written in malice was the xset one: "well at least they lost the game twice" which yeah is uncalled for but is just trash talk at the end of the day. These below are the next "worse" tweets from him which i take as jokes/bait nothing more:
- "I probably should stop watching NA, screaming at my monitor is not normal"
- "Remember people you cant judge anyones potencial level in Valorant just out of the game they played before, this game has so many
interesting details that can make any type of gameplay strong. Except overwatch, they are just bad."
U talked about zyppan and suygetsu acting like monkeys on stage? I've watched all their games and don't remember them doing anything out of the ordinary, ig they do jump out their seats every now and then and maybe scream but that's most players after they make a play, i did hear that apparently, they said nice try in a sarcastic manner to zekken after beating them but again this isn't really anything out the ordinary for trash talk especially when suygetsu is known for being a bit toxic.
the zombs situation wasn't really comparable after furia lost a game because of a tech pause that stopped their momentum which angered a lot of fans and he chimed in saying "can't wait to beat ur shit region again" and he was rightfully called out by the co ceo of furia, because that was outright hate.
competetive integrity has to do with fairness and balance in the game, the word you're looking for is sportsmanship, and in my opinion any trash talk that he says on stage is completley valid because they always shake hands at the end of the match, for example fns is known for always trash talking on stage saying that it gets him fired up but at the end they shake hands and move on. The last thing is the streams ig, personally I haven't watched any of them so idk how bad they are and I dont understand russian which i guess is what he speaks on stream. At the end of the day i just dont think its fair to hate an entire team based on some tweets and things said in past streams when the majority of them seem like genuinely nice people.

shao, doombros, ardiis and ange1 are all genuinely nice people and don't deserve to receive hate just because zyppan and suygetsu act childish every now and then
everyone did shit on them when they didn't know that it wasn't their decisions

well yeah cuz u dont see a single NA team out there being toxic to their opponents and in the case of XSET vs Optic, an apology was issued from both deph and sykko. Meanwhile u have 4/5 FPX members ranting on twitter and hating on the team they just played with no sign of remorse even now.
XSET deserved the respect for their effort, FPX does not due to their actions off the server. simple as that.

I said NA TEAM not NA FANBASE. This means that no professional NA org is out there attacking an emea team after a loss. That was specifically FPX and FPX alone. Stop living in ur delusional generalization that everything NA is toxic and EU are angels and wake up.

did you check twitter threads of the XSET account? the players accounts too? they were getting cooked by EMEA fans.
also the FPX players (minus shao and d00mbros) didnt even apologize (at least publicly) to the XSET players for talking shit when it wasnt their fault. this just shows they have no humility. dephh at least apologized for the tech pause accusations.
theres always been an na vs eu shittalk on this site, on twitter, etc. if you truly believe one region to be more toxic than another, you are DELUSIONAL and BIASED. iceland had way more emea baiters and shittalkers. copenhagen had that racist thread about DNA diff from an EMEA fan.
