Could do it 2 ways. Ranked 1-7 or tier list. I'll do both:

EMEA (3 LANs/most podium finishes)
NA (clear 2nd place in LAN results)
APAC (has had a finalist)
Latam (more prolonged intl success than br or kr)
BR (loud and drx are similar but other br teams>kr teams)
KR (DRX shitstomping tier 2 teams all day)
JP (1 podium finish, grouped every other LAN)

Tier list:

S tier: EMEA and NA for obvious reasons
A tier: latam/apac (better 2nd place teams with more successful LANs)
B tier: KR/BR (neither has depth but #1 teams are insane)
C tier: grouped every LAN but Iceland 2022
