defeating Optic which EMEA teams can do even with their monitors turned off LMAO

I think if NA wins this tournament it'll be very hard to argue against them being even regions. If anyone but NA wins then EMEA maintains 1st ofc.
Unfortunately, but I think KR is one team region(DRX).
I hope there are more strong team in KR.
Actually other teams in KR except ONS were elimated firstly.

- APAC (as a whole region)

Could do it 2 ways. Ranked 1-7 or tier list. I'll do both:
- EMEA (3 LANs/most podium finishes)
- NA (clear 2nd place in LAN results)
- APAC (has had a finalist)
- Latam (more prolonged intl success than br or kr)
- BR (loud and drx are similar but other br teams>kr teams)
- KR (DRX shitstomping tier 2 teams all day)
- JP (1 podium finish, grouped every other LAN)
Tier list:
S tier: EMEA and NA for obvious reasons
A tier: latam/apac (better 2nd place teams with more successful LANs)
B tier: KR/BR (neither has depth but #1 teams are insane)
C tier: grouped every LAN but Iceland 2022
PRX is around B-Tier and A-Tier imo, now they dont deserve A, if Loud lose to LEV than maybe, but if Loud wins Lev than no
I was ranking it by overall history of VCT. if we are going by current form then I would have latam in 3rd for sure. But I was doing it based on every LAN up until now.
