Sentinels did good.

Sentinels lost a very close series to Guard (1-2), then fell to lowers and lost a close series to 100T (1-2). Now today, Guard swept FaZe (the favorites to win LCQ) 2-0 and 100T swept C9 2-0.

Can we admit that Sentinels, despite having 2 new people on the roster (1 of them being a ex-CS pro content creator with no experience in professional Valorant), switching TenZ to Chamber, and adopting a no duelist comp which is extremely far from their old playstyle, actually did extremely well? I expected SEN to bomb out 0-2 and i’m impressed with what they’ve managed to do in the short amount of time this roster has been together.

Xeppaa once spoke about how the teams playing against SEN(even when they were not good) always felt x2 more nervous and scared because of the viewership and the hype around the game. Individual players felt one small mistake would be seen under a microscope.

The match vs Guard was Guard's first match aswell (after losing to T2/T3 teams in mickey mouse tourneys). 100T was also coming from a loss against Faze before their match against SEN.

Yeah they could be considered 4th best team in LCQ based off their results.

As much as I agree they did better then expected I as I said about G2 needing new players when they had the likes of ardiss and davidp in the team sentinels need an over haul of players, don't get me wrong dapr Shaz are good players but I feel they have been caught up and surpassed by the young bloods in valorant and I don't feel they can keep up with them any more it's a shame because they will go down in val history as a dominant force but if they carry on like this they will bottom out and be nothing more then "washed" players which I wouldn't want on any one

Let's be fair too, this is the hardest they've had to work in a long time and this years NA LCQ is way harder than it was last year

Next year with more time to peactice and develop strats I think they can get back to their winning streak.
