its actually so crazy, for the first like 10 secs I thought it was a really in poor taste joke, but then it just wasnt. I started watching him 2018 and rewatched all his old videos cause they were entertaining and it just feels so weird for him to be gone. RIP he was a genuine content creator who cared about his fans in a non parasocial way and I will respect him for the things hes done.
As someone who has worked closely with Techno for a few years now, ever since I discovered him in 2017, this shit fucking hurts.
Regardless of your perspective on Minecraft youtubers & streamers, Technoblade was definitely one of the biggest people in the gaming industry, and that cannot be ignored.
He has changed so many childhoods, rest in peace. Thank you for everything you’ve done in your life, that has helped so many. So much respect to his family, please don’t affect their mourning.

To think that someone who was massive in the scene as a beloved content creator died from cancer is just heartbreaking. and as much as it sucks to say this. it's a fucking wake-up call to alot of kids. This is going to traumatize a bunch of kids who loved technoblade.
what's worse is that he was younger than me, how could the world do this to such a unanimously loved person. May he rest is peace.

Man why does god decide to give his toughest warriors the hardest fights. Why does he always pick up the most pure angels first to be reunited with him. Rip techno you made countless childhoods including mine. A young soul gone too soon and a soul that will be missed by many. But your battle is finally done, you have accomplished what you were sent to do, you can finally rest.
I never indulged in Minecraft content after like 2016, but he was the one I never stopped watching cause of his comedic value.
Even in the toughest moments of his life, he remained hopeful, positive and he was still energetic. When cancer news was shared for the first time, it hit me, but he never allowed it to be the focal point of his videos. I never thought it was this serious. He was always downplaying it. Its a shame really.
Always remember him as someone who never allowed his fame to come before his own addicting persona, who amidst all circumstances remained the Alex (I'm glad I know his name now).
