If u disagree by a lot, ur simply braindead
Tier 1 (teams that can compete for the win)
Optic
Fnatic
FPX
Loud
Tier 2 (teams that will do decent
DRX
Guild
Faze/XSET
PRX
Tier 3 (teams that will flop)
Zeta
KRU
NIP/VK
Team Secret/XERXIA
PRX only showed the "chaos" strats in masters 1 and you saw it against G2 on split when they were 9-3 down.
PRX is actually quite tactical as well when they want to.
Prob the only teams that can anti-strat them comfortably is Zeta/DRX since they scrimm so much with each other.
The only way to beat PRX comfortably if you are not ready for their "actual" strats is to outaim them. That is most probably not gonna happen cause you have forsaken and jingg who are basically the best aimers in the world right now, followed by Davai who himself can get really explosive. Benkai is also good enough for tier 1 play at international events. The only one lacking is mindfreak but still he has the brains to back him up.
You guys like to underestimate teams from the east compared to NA and EU pros.
Forsaken and Jingg are easily comparable if not better to Yay and Derke in terms of pure raw mechanical skill. In terms of discipline and game sense, Yay and Derke might be better.
People were underestimating Forsaken even in Berlin last year and saying TenZ is better anytime, we all know how they rank now.
Just so that you know Forsaken and Jingg still boast the highest ACS combo of any duo in the game and are individually up there as well.
Also - FNATIC and Optic have only 1 star duelists/aimers/fraggers being Yay and Derke. (Alfager might be close to a second fragger though). Having 2 star aimers at literally the top of the world is what makes the difference for PRX.
I don't get it. What I said is Forsaken and Jingg are on the top for "purely aim". Purely aim means just flicking to their opponents/crosshair placement.
"everyone on Optic is kind of just cracked" is not even a comparison. Being good at their role does not involve aim at all. It basically means that an omen player can do good smokes/outplays, a duelist creates space for the team.
Because FNS is a good IGL does that mean FNS is a better player than Forsaken? They cannot be compared directly.
Compared to top 5 teams in the world Forsaken's aim is like a 9.5/10 while discipline is 5/10 though forsaken's game sense is actually insane in clutch scenarios.
FNS has 5/10 aim and 9.5/10 brain. How do you compare these players? They are on a completely different level.
I personally do not think that PRX will win the tourney. But I expect them to fare well against some other teams and at least not go out without winning a single game basically how they did in Berlin last year (which is what a flop means).
Because it's not always up to aim? You keep talking about aim and agents and comparing completely different players when that is not what makes a good team at high tier competition(even though optic have that besides FNS). Yay will get the first blood, victor will entry and pull rotates, marved will lurk and anchor, crashes will support and clutch, FNS will make the macro plays and sometimes go for hero plays. I just dont think Paper Rex has that same thing at the same level a team like Optic or Fnatic do. Also I literally complimented them at the end, I would have them tied with Loud and FPX for getting third lmao.
But I do mention that aim does not win you games? Role expertise matters. Optic has that. That is why they won masters 1. You are comparing the no.1 team last stage to the no.4. There will be 14 more teams in Copenhagen apart from PRX and optic.
Optic does not represent every team in the world. As long as PRX make the top 6 or 4 again, they have proven themselves.

I think this tier list will age very badly, Zeta just played Infront of a crowd with 13k people and are playing better than ever before and APAC also is a region not to be underestimated.
I disagree by a lot because the Hopium for the EMEA and NA teams is too high overall despite having the two favorites to win the event.
FPX will play at least with one sub which will be detrimental to their performance. If they are really unlucky they will have 3 subs and then it's pretty much game over for them.
FNC and Optic are the clear favorites with Loud also being a tough competition for them.
DRX is never to be underestimated if they are on form they will do insane damage to any team in this tournament. Only cause of worry is their midrounding which is sometimes very lackluster considering how reliant they are on the set plays.
The only ones I can see not performing well is KRÜ and the 2nd seed of BR (maybe also 2nd seed APAC) with them just not showcasing previously the lvl of the other regions currently have.
I have watched every region so far in this stage other than Latam.
it has been demonstrated that on the international stage everything can happen, like ZETA's run last time and KRU beating Sentinels and Fnatic
things childish as a tierlist only demonstrate how close minded people are and how they don't see the bigger picture, simplifying everything about these events
