in Europe
???
it's actually Team Liquid.
TL is worth : $440M and estimated revenue of $38 million in 2021
G2 is worth: $340M and estimated revenue of $31 million in 2021
seems you missunderstand what networth and profit is
watch carlos and tarik watch party, G2 has the most profitable orgs on europe (based by carlos)
obviously an owner of an org would say that about his own org but if those are the actual numbers there then TL was by far the more profitable org, carlos may have have been talking about profitable in terms of the teams success not in terms of financials
so you dnt watch the whole thing ?? huh ofc I dnt expect him sugarcoat the whole thing but he wouldnt lie in front of 60k viewer
thats a dumb act because he is ceo of brand, plus there a financial statement release by company to public as require by law
so you cant made up this because illegal but I dnt expect someone from pak to understand this either
and i wouldnt expect a singaporean to have common human decency and not be racist. here we are
thank you for being a normal human and having the decency to be nice. love you yaar
G2 is private company, they don't have to release finiancial statements, confidently incorrect
doesnt mean they can lie about their earnings and inflate their share price.
If it's a private company there is no share price.
The only thing that may affect is valuation to get other private investors in.
So many people without any financial knowledge here holy shit
Private companies in europe do have to release financial statements in most EU countries. the US is more an exception to that than the rule when it comes to countries globally
Valuation and revenue =/= profit. You can have a company worth billions with revenue over a billion that is not profitable.
proof that google is free :)
https://earlygame.com/gaming/most-valuable-esport-teams
look where G2 is and look where TL is
You even dnt know what profit, networth, revenue is
oh yess I can search googles how smart I am, lmao look at you find information on random gaming web and with no credible source whatsoever
I believe you never stepped in college because proffesor will kick out of guard
at least I am smart enough to cross-reference my info with google lmao. That site is a compilation of the top 10 esports orgs with the most NETWORTH. There were 2 European teams on that list (G2 and TL) G2 was 8th on that list and TL was 3rd making TL undeniably more profitable than G2 no? Dunning-Kruger effect at work in ur brain kek.
EDIT: U want a credible source? Take a look at what forbes has to say, https://www.forbes.com/sites/brettknight/2022/05/06/the-most-valuable-esports-companies-2022/?sh=6123a0c9599f
and look at the title of OP asking
is just you mention networth and talk as if you are right
https://www.esportsearnings.com/teams if u want most profits have a look over here
I'll let the racism slide but they mention profit as well obviously if you look at the numbers G2 has a higher profit margin but they don't have higher profit so instead of saying you don't think a pak would understand this u fucking tool look at the fucking numbers for urself!
Considering how Team Liquid has the most revenue, it’s safe to assume it also probably has more profit unless salaries and shit really cost more than that extra 7mil
since TL gain more revenue it's more likely that TL is more profitable as well. as simple as that.
You don't know what these numbers mean, why or who gives them, and what the terms being discussed refer to
ohhhh i always thought they were NA idk why, probably cause theyve stuck with their nacs team for so long
well I dont believe in that multi regional stuff
its a private company, so who own majority shares? is he american or european
edit so I just checked and this american fund called axiomatic owns them, then its an american org
Are we talking in Valorant or in general? The question needs to be more specific, but I'd assume you mean any org founded in Europe. It's a bit odd because TL is a European org, but they have a League of Legends team in NA which is a huge part of their brand and possibly profits. As far as I understand, G2 is only in Europe except their Rocket League team which is in NA.
Clearly not. Fnatic has been struggling to invest heavily into a top tier team in CS.
I consider TL an EU org, since it was founded in Netherlands or something, even if they have NA CS team, BR feminine val team, etc
The same way C9 is NA even tho they have a CIS CS team, etc
+1. Most orgs are operating at a loss. See my comment below. fnatic financials are in shambles for example
You'd be surprised to learn that most esports organizations are actually operating on a loss, not on a profit.
I had a look into the fnatic financials some time back as they were upening up a public investor fund. They have been operating at a loss since forever.
It turns out that player salaries are crazy inflated due to the arms race to field the best teams and keep credibility in a rapidly growing industry (esports), however, the growth of salaries and expenses is moving much more rapidly than the growth of revenue in esports.
Revenue =/= profit.
As for which orgs are the ones that are actually profitable, it's hard to say. I'd think it's most likely a firm like G2.
Majority of organizations end up losing more money than earning, salaries are crazy big and the amount you get off sponsorships, merchandise, tournament winnings is not enough (or barely enough) to make up for invested resourses
Of course if you have army of content creators (Faze, TSM, 100T, NRG...) or great social media management all around (G2) or very strong fanbase in one specific region / country (Navi, Karmine Corp, Vitality...), you will be going "+", but else definitely "-"
+1 most orgs are operating at a loss nowadays. Salaries and expenses growing faster than revenue
This issue orgs have is that if they dont follow the upward trend in salaries etc they will lose players to other orgs and not win anything, which is even worse for the org
