Didn't riot comment they were doing an "investigation" on the flor situation but somehow even with everything that has been put out nothing has been released yet?
Plus there was clear evidence of betting going on so their comment of "found nothing" doesn't really make any sense at all. Riot is a giant company so seangares stepping back isn't a completely unreasonable thing to do after accusing them and their scene, plus with all of this out bob hasn't made a comment about it or returned to tier 2 either
Something fishy went on for sure but sean gares messed up heavily. He brought up interesting stuff with some of the bets that were happening and it seems like people were getting offered money to throw. Throwing specific accusations with no evidence was his mistake especially with one of them essentially being a complaint about how a team can play like shit and then go insane against his team. He should've tried to get more evidence and then go directly to riot. If they ignored him then go ahead and make the video without the SRB stuff and with whatever extra evidence he could have gotten over time
the issue was that the mr funhaver or whatever his name was, was talking about it anyway which can make the organizers of the betting ring be more elusive. i get why he sped up the video and it was just a taster, but do totally agree it seems biased to us when its the team hes on, just sounds sour about the loss

Basically the investigation will have used statistical significance, during which they reached a number insignificant enough (in UX design it'd generally be P>=0.1, but no clue exactly what tests -> thresholds they used) to not report it.
So "nothing happened" is correct, although its trying to say "nothing statistically significant happened"
(But as you can guess that becomes annoying af to always say so the first is used a lot, even when talking to math+stat masters while I was at uni)
