i seen a bunch of korean movies and it either seems like bullying is a big part of their culture OR theyre just movies. is it really like this?

seniority is a big thing there so basically if ure a new young player like sylvan ure never gonna be able to talk back against players like buzz and stax.

When i was still studying in Korea as a kid to teen, I do recall my peers being bullied but it isn't really the type of bullying you see on media, there is just a lot of psychological bullying with guilt tripping, making the person believe they are friends so they should do things for them cause thats what friends do. I would 100% say it is not a big part of the culture if this is a reference to what happened in the T1 documentary it probably only happened cause Coach Autumn started the senseless calling out of Sylvan from the very start and made the other players think "oh its okay to voice out these opinions", so I guess you could say the environment that encourages the bullying will always result into it happening.
