Shahzam doesn't shine from the fact he is the best jett NA or something. It's the fact that he IGLs for Sentinels and has some insane reads while analyzing opponents before the game to help the rest of the members. This adds on to the fact that he is still a very good jett mixed with some insane igling which makes him such a great player. On the other hand, sick doesn't igl but he is really flexible when it comes to his agent picks and plays what the team needs and performs at a high level on each agent. Tenz is just an insane duelist and does a duelists job to the perfection of getting picks, entries and kills. So it really determines what you value more on a team.

You could say the same about dapr than on Icebox. Everyone can learn sova lineups but that doesn't mean I will be able to play like Crashies who has a large amount of hours when it comes to sova. TenZ's style fits a duelist role better than a sova. Why whould u put him on a role where he is uncomfortable?

The only reason Shahz plays jett is coz he is a good Oper. Shahz has mentioned time and time that the operator's value can be utilised only by a proper jett. Let a new agent who can Op release, then he may give jett to Tenz.
Also, it's best that Tenz always plays duelist coz he shines in that role.
