for everyone saying its over etc etc and genuinely believe that you guys are just stupid anyone who was expecting NRG to automatically be better than C9 from making roster changes doesnt understand the game. it was still close NRG blundered map 3 round 3 which got them snowballed for the entire half. these are things you should be expecting from a new team. they honestly besides fracture looked decent better then kickoff for sure. in terms of actual concerns i would just say getting FNS off of senti for perma breach should be a priority for them i just dont see how they can play this meta with a weak player on senti. its a long season regardless and they make playoffs as long as they beat furia and one of lev, mibr, or g2. which especially lev by week 5 is very plausible.

It concerned me how bad their strats and midrounding looked. Normally FNS is playing chess but it seemed like NRG never was able to adapt to C9

For example on Fracture they lost the same A site drop postplant like 3 different times on Attack side, and never changed anything about how they ran it

Then on Pearl attack they were legit just running it down half the rounds.

Lotus looked good, but Pearl and Fracture they looked a lot worse than kickoff imo

i agree with what you said just not the part about kickoff they were shambles in kickoff but at least this time they have the excuse new coach and player plus only 4 weeks of prac makes sense that their map pool would be weak. as long as you see improvement match to match i wouldnt be too worried.

Lev could end up being even more dysfunctional than them tbh but certainly not a guarantee. I don't even know if I'd say it's LIKELY.

Exactly it’s been over, it in fact never even started.
