They aren't the same lol. champs is bigger than both masters and riot has designed it like that. It's champs>>2nd master >>first master.

It's way harder than first master event for sure. More teams more matches. 8 teams event is honestly a joke compared to 16 team event like champs where most teams are stable too unlike in first master.
teams being so unstable also makes winning an event difficult too.
