what makes a region good is how many gud teams it has. CN and APAC have absoultely goated teams like EDG , T1 , DRX , GENG but overall both APAC and CN are free region, the top teams dont have any competition and thats why EDG and DRX always qualify for internationals.
on the other hand NA and EMEA have more competitive teams overall

Imo APAC is the region with the most depht right now, all KR teams are good (GEN G, T1, NS and DRX).
America's and China's are one team regions.
And EMEA have potential with TH, KC, VIT and maybe FNC.

Idk americas has potential mibr and krü for example can definitely contend with G2 (at least at champs you know how it is with krü)
