In the Pubg scene, there were even companies that would hack into cheaters' computers, manipulate their logs, and then get their bans canceled on their behalf. There are so many of them, I've lost count. You only call it 'Suspected' because you've never seen it before, but he's a cheater.

Because of this history and the fact that he has not been liked by professional Japanese for a long time, Japanese teams cannot allow this player to join their team.

Okinawa also is super toxic and has allegations of being racist to others. He geniunely bans people for making twitch clips of him insulting ranked players or him showing his awful behaviour on stream. There is tons of reasons why Meiy and other people like Ken had to stop queueing with him in ranked, he is a pure PR disaster for orgs and has shown zero maturity or willingness to grow as a human being. He is 18 and has still time to get past his awful character but he hasn't shown a lot of change as a person and that's all besides his bans in other games or cheating allegations.

He didn't even try to unban by 'account theft method' like okinawa did, he just ran away. okinawa seems to use direct memory access, xan doesn't have the money for that.
