I honestly think that as long as TL arent on a honeymoon rn, theyll easily beat EDG. EDG only look that impressive cause they rule over their region like kings. They also play a lot more confident and care free in their region which allows them to feed off momentum.
I promise you if that happends, people wont respect TL and instead call EDG frauds and having a fluke run. just the way VLR works, flame the other team rather than call the team that won good
Yeah I saw people calling TH flukeretics for "letting China win their first trophy". Like, grow up guys, what is this utter bullshit? If a team wins, there's always a reason.
I mean yeah obviously , people are calling liquid choked against vitality but like it wasn't a choke or something last map they ran out of gas and on bind they always make bad mistakes and their lotus comp is bad obviously for defence it's just that heretics played against it bad and plus vitality is a damn super team so it's very easy for them to pull this stuff like reverse sweep or comebacks
