Why are Chinese team playing the evolution tournament thing. Won’t playing in it will leak their strats for Bangkok? I am just confused.

It would be quiet the opposite no? It's more like Riot is china's or tencent's kid who turned 18 so stays away from home and can make majority of the decisions outside the home but still is supported by tencent and can't make any decisions about it's home that is china.
Also I heard china valo isn't controlled by riot so riot can't be blamed for anything that happens in china.
