name some sea talents that are on paper with the best talents from europe (I dont follow the apac t2 scene but if there are no players standing out there or in t1 then there must be a reason? I dont like this excuse that there is a lack of opportunities)

i mean you can't say there isn't a lack of opportunities when teams like talon and rrq insist on keeping their imports (they don't even try to change which players they import) instead of giving t2 players a chance
