What change could you make that you could guarantee 100T make LANs with?
Because right now we are gatekeeping every LAN and sneak our way into the occasional LAN. Can you guarantee we don't get worse? Can you guarantee we don't miss out on regional playoffs like 2023 again? C9 and EG change their rosters all the time and still can't beat us, what does that say about the state of NA rn.

it's possible yes. I know it sounds crazy but Neon and Ghoul have at least the potential he has, and I'm pretty sure they really want to rebuild with Kingg+Neon+ghoul and then idk. Either they keep c0m, which is pretty reasonable, or they promote Blowzin too, which would also be a good move. All I know is that they really wanna go back to an actual latam team bc of all the criticism, and that might imply letting Sato go
drop cryo for a good duelist, either from t2 or somehow try getting mada from nrg. get potter for hc and make zikz ac.
people constantly shit on asuna when he's the one whos sacrificing himself for cryo. i'm not tryna say cryo is bad but there are definitely better players that actually play all duelists that 100t can try to get.
the biggest issue that this team has is the abundance of role issues that legit fuck everyone on the roster up, including the two that have somewhat consistent roles.
boostio had to flex onto initiator for the entirety of kickoff and stage 1 while managing his sentinel role along with it; which caused him to have to play two different playstyles and we can see the effects of that right now. asuna has to play duelist because cryo is incapable of playing entry duelist, this causes asuna to play like shit. the role where asuna shines is flash initiator/flex but instead he is just forced to be the sacrificial lamb so cryo can be comfortable and go in to trade him.
their entire goal is to make cryo succeed and play well but he is simply not even consistent enough to do this. again, no shade to cryo.
i think they just need to, as i said before, drop cryo for a good duelist that can match his aim which im sure is possible. (would love mada). this would allow asuna to be full time flash/flex and boostio to be comfortable on his sentinel role given time.
I think we're going to have differing opinions but I would rather find a duelist who can play raze/smokes and shift off role with Cryo. Asuna can move to full time flex, but that would mean Zander gets dropped.
I just have a hard time justifying dropping someone who is statistically the #1 Iso in Americas and is personally a Top 3 Jett in Americas IMO.
However, I do agree with you. It would be a million times easier to just replace Cryo with someone like Reduxx and allow for more flexibility, however I think Zikz + Boostio are trying to pack as much firepower as possible with their comps rn (and failing miserably)
i think it's fair to look at the stats and think cryo is an incredible player, because truly he does have good aim. but also look at this way, what does cryo have to offer? aim. aim is not hard to find, i'm sure there are plenty of talented prospects who offer that along with the ability to be a proper functional duelist. i think your idea of dropping zander for a duelist to shift with cryo and moving asuna to flex is viable, but it could also lead to the same problems happening all over again.
yeah cryo's probably the best iso and he actually is in my opinion the best jett in americas as well. but here comes another problem, neither iso nor jett are actual meta picks. and those 2 are also the only agents cryo can actually play well. keeping cryo imo is just not good for the team. the one situation where they COULD keep cryo is dropping boostio, moving cryo to full-time senti and zander could pickup igling. but this is a risk because even if its fun to shit on boostio for his god awful performances, he's a tested igl who has won champs. and for what it's worth, at his peak boostio is extremely talented.

yeah, it really just seems like zikz doesnt have a good grasp on the meta or the ability to form proper strats. it always feels like the team is just running around hoping for the best or winning rounds off hero plays.
zikz imo can definitely be a good assistant coach, but a good head coach who makes strats that the team can follow and bring out the best of their players is necessary (please potter).
both the coaching problem and cryo imo should be rectified, at the very LEAST one of them has to be.
You either need Asuna full time Initiator, and force Cryo to play Raze, or you need Cryo on full time sentinel (Boostio on Initiator / Astra) and force Asuna to play dive on every map. I don't think the constant swing of roles helps this team at all, it hurts an already inconsistent team. You have to commit cryo to Duelist or you have to throw his ass down on Sentinel and force a Chamber into whatever comp you can. I like Cryo sentinel more than him on full time duelist, just because I think it could bring him more consistency and I believe in trickle-down-fragonimics. The team is doomed regardless, their peaks just fall away so quickly I don't know man. Also getting boostio out of this FNS glazing level of fragging on Sentinel is more valuable than anything.

They lost a lot of fire power losing bang. Zander is a downgrade from bang but would be an upgrade from boostio. The plays now is so dry, I freaking miss the "Will Asuna Bang Stellar and Derrek" starting 5. With Sean Gares ofcourse.
