Talon is looking pretty good in maps they prepare/anti-strat so you can't count Talon out yet

Honestly though, I don't think T1 is Top 1 KR atm.
Though praying for the stars to allign and Crws/ban have a masterful performance then TLN is actually #1 PACIFIC and it ain't even close.
