I wouldnt say it sucks as its nice to see new players and new teams do well and I woiuld say the reason there are no legacies is because the meta changes all the time and the game is new so new strats and ways to play the game are still being refined and developed.

Half a decade doesn't compare to how long before it took CS to develop an Astralis team or a s1mple type of player just saying

even in early days of CSGO (this game was different and modernized than old CS games) there was Fnatic and NIP olofmeister arguably the GOAT player of that time with consistent performance
