Franchise Teams Rework

We know after 4 years Riot will keep some teams and remove others, so here is my proposition for the spread of orgs (not the orgs themselves but where they come from)

6? cmon now, you have c9 and eg, and you want more? and talent-wise the gap is not that huge (i mean, brazil won the latest ascension)

i don’t think it matters, because all teams have mixed rosters anyway

pac is fine and cn too lol

-Clown9, EG +XSET, FaZe. (i know people dont think faze is really brand friendly or whatever but i think its such a pillar org that i think it deserves a spot, TSM is also another good NA org)

maybe add a taiwan or hong kong spot to CN

I really disagree with what you say for EMEA (it's also exactly what we have rn)

EMEA is lacking: A German org, a CIS org (NAVI is less keen on picking up non Ukrainian CIS talent, so they are effectively an EU org) and a MENA org

Probably Falcon will join EMEA most likely as a franchise team

5 to South America and 5 to North America is fair there's nothing you can say who will make me change my mind (hell we arguably should get one more LATAM spot since Lev decided to go full NA now)

i lowk dont think china deserves a whole region to itself, but at the same time it's the only way a 4 region system (which works the best so far) works.

in my opinion:
Amer: 6 Na, 3 latam, 3 br
Europe: 2 esp, 2 fr, 5 eu, 2 turk, 1 mena
Pacific: 2 jp, 1 th, 1 ph, 1 mysg, 2 kr, 3 cn, 1 south asia, 1 oce

i didnt like the lock in system that much tho, but also china has a huge advantage where they have 12 teams in 1 country, where the entire region speaks 1 language
