Take from the c9 handbook cut one of your best performers and one your worst pickup 2 others and constantly recycle those 4 players
all you really have to do is get them in scrims and get 4 players that WANT to scrim and do that as much as you can have 3-5 subs who are preferable taking no brain majors so you can get them to sub in if timing issues and you might find a goat while you are at it boom T4 college team at worst
best advice i've seen here, main thing is they have to WANT to play/scrim/practice/prep/improve
From experience, cut our best mechanics player because they could not work as a team and hated scrimming/doing anything with the team, went from midtable team to pushing for a high school championship.
no way this guy got appointed to a job of responsibility and is asking how to do the job. nepo hire?
a lil bit, ive just never had to do something like this before and wanted some guidance
Doesn't. Captain mean an igl?
Well if ur manager I guess then didn't u ask them what's ur job exactly?
Sign vanity, unsign him, sign him again, unsignhim, resign him again, kick him and make him retire
In blue we trust ☁️9️⃣💙🥶
Keep xeppa forever then drop your constantly drop your best players for Budget issues Role issues ☁️9️⃣💙🥶☁️
find the best 17 year old talents, lure them in with your "tier 1 structured superteam" with high salaries n shit, lock them in a 10 year contract jail, force them to keep playing, matchfix but make sure that they frag out, wait till a better org buys their contract, repeat
make sure you get players who are available and show up
I was part of a uni team last autumn and it was a pain finding people to sub in every week
That was one of the things I was worried about, we have 4 teams and I captain one of the JV ones so I think finding subs may be a little easier
