agree, but she went +3 and whenever she needed to do something got shut down and had minimal impact. so much util being fed into her and she can only win 3-5 rounds over 43 rounds. there is something very wrong then no if you are constantly being set up for success but cant live up to it

first trans player makes a debut on a team with a coach playing (and would still be considered bad without the coach) and held her own, going positive on the series, going positive in engagements against the other duelist, and has a pretty notable 1v3 clutch.

its just a big moment for her, the gc scene, and pretty much all women who play this game and have been watching the scene been dominated by men. there is no overreaction, people aren't claiming she had a primmie level debut, people are just happy for her and happy for the future of the game.

the fact you care this much is extremely sad, let people be happy, its not effecting you in any way. smile sometime :)

to add to what everyone else said, she also had a LOT of haters coming into the league who said she wouldn’t be able to perform at all and get diffed by tier 1 players. so yeah, people are happy that she performed pretty well and is clearly holding her own. did she have a god-tier debut or something? no, but she played very well and its an important step to making the step from gc to tier 1 easier

it is a sign that a gc player went to T1 and didnt suck ass meaning the entire GC circuit is doing something right and isn't a waste of money and resources obviously they will get more hype then some random T2 players and i personally always hype up firsts when it is country,region,etc because it is something new and exciting and expecting people to treat it like any other T2/rank pick up while is a good idea and should be the norm it is simply not happening when flor's performance decides if GC as a whole is either charity or an actual system that works until the next gc player gets picked up and we will have this entire convo again and then again when a female player does it we will have it again until it works or doesn't
