go to the VCT Americas pretty regularly, was there for the Jawgemo ace and shit. live near the studio so it’s super nice commute and really fun!

Normally not the players who are playing, but you can meet some people like I remember at Krü vs C9 & Sen vs 100T match day in playoffs you could meet S0m fns and saadhak (saadhak wasnt an official meet but he was just there for a pre match caster interview)

went to Vct LA and got a hoodie (that shit comfy as hell once you break in to it), watched edg vs giants and nrg vs bilibili part 2, met doug
great experience overall.

if you do end up going to one tho, do eat first. theres no re-entry and foods expensive in the venue

Reykjavík was a dream for me. It actually wasn’t as hyped as like CS tournaments that I see on youtube but I’m glad I got to experience a live tournament IRL!
