I mean I like both qck, Mazin and GuhRVN, Frr was a good player a few years ago, I don't know anything about jzz or PR0NETS (his team) and ryotzz won Challengers Brazil with hero base, so I think it's a solid team for tier 2 ( I might be wrong tho)
