It is proven that long exposure to the sun can damage your skin. Especially if the UV index is too high. I prefer to stay indoors in order to keep my skin nice and youthful! You guys should try it as well!!!
long exposure in the sun stimulates Vitamin D production. mood changes are listed as one of the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. you can only get a certain type of vitamin D from UV light. sounds like you spend too much time inside. why not take a walk? maybe you will stop getting downfragged for switching up your personality here.
